摘要:针对内置式永磁同步电机,提出一种具备自纠错能力的无位置传感器起动方法。该方法利用分时高频信号注入方法,获得电机电感信号,并通过简单的三相电感幅值比较,即可获得可靠的起动位置信号,结合逻辑判断方法,可有效鉴别电机运行状态,解决电机凸极双极型带来的起动问题。所述内置式永磁同步电机起动方法不需要坐标变换等复杂运算,具有简单可靠的结构。实验结果表明,该控制方法能可靠地估算转子位置,并具有良好的起动和自纠错能力。 关键词:内置式永磁同步电机;相电感;无位置传感器控制;转子位置估计;自纠错 Abstract: A sensorless startup method with selfcorrecting capability was proposed for interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSMs). The phase inductances of IPMSM were estimated by timesharing highfrequency (HF) signal injection approach. And the startup position signal was obtained by the simple comparison of amplitudes of three phase inductances. Furthermore, logic judgment method was introduced to identify the motor operating state and solved the startup problem caused by the bipolar salient pole of IPMSM. The proposed method need not the transformation of coordinates, and has brief structure. Experiment results show its reliable position estimation ability. Moreover, it has good selfcorrecting capacity and startup performance.
