摘要:在感应电机高速主轴驱动控制系统中,励磁电流与力矩电流分配方法的优劣,直接关系到感应电机弱磁高速运行时输出力矩的大小。本文在传统弱磁电流分配方法的基础上,提出了一种以重构电压作为反馈、理想电压作为输入,调节分配励磁电流与力矩电流的感应电机弱磁电流分配方法。并在实验平台对该电流分配方法进行验证,实验结果显示,该电流分配方法较传统电流分配方法具有更快的响应速度与更平滑的速度响应曲线,具有较好的实现价值。 关键词:感应电机;重构电压;电压闭环;弱磁;电流分配 Abstract: In the highspeed spindle drive control system of induction motors, the method of the allocation of excitation current and torque current is directly related to the magnitude of torque of induction motor under fieldweakening and highspeed operation. In this paper, based on the traditional method of fieldweakening current allocation, a method of fieldweakening current allocation for induction motor was proposed, which used the reconstructed voltage as feedback and the ideal voltage as input to regulate the allocation of excitation current and torque current. And the current allocation method was validated on the experimental platform. Experimental results show that the improved current allocation method has a faster responding speed and a smoother speed response curve than the traditional current allocation method, and has a good realization value.
