摘要:针对高精度、高稳定性伺服系统对电机超低力矩波动的要求,提出了一种两相无槽无刷力矩电动机的设计思路,使用Maxwell建立设计模型进行仿真分析,投制样机进行试验验证。成功研制了一款具有超低力矩波动的无刷力矩电动机。 关键词:无刷力矩电动机;力矩波动优化设计;有限元分析 Abstract: Based on low torque fluctuation requirement of the motor for servo system with high precision and stability, the idea of a twophase brushless torque motor was proposed. A model was established with finite element analysis software Maxwell for simulation, and a prototype was developed to carry out experimental verification, successfully testified the development of the brushless torque motor with low torque fluctuation.
