摘要:内置U型永磁电机转子结构中的隔磁桥较多,而隔磁桥又是转子结构中的最薄弱环节,转子结构强度较差。为了研究内置U型永磁电机转子结构强度问题,本文以有限元理论为基础,建立内置U型转子结构计算数学模型,应用有限元法详细对比分析了隔磁桥长度、宽度、圆角对其结构强度的影响规律,在此基础上,计算了在采用断桥结构时电机的应力场和电磁场分布情况。为内置U型转子隔磁桥的结构、尺寸选取及强度分析提供参考。 关键词:内置U型永磁电机;隔磁桥;强度分析 Abstract: There are many iron bridges in interior U type permanent magnet rotor. The iron bridges are too weak and easily destroyed. In order to study the structural integrity of U type permanent magnet rotor, based on the finite element theory, a mathematical model of interior U type rotor was built in this paper. The influences of iron bridge length, iron bridge width and chamfer on structural integrity was analyzed. Also, the stress and electric magnetic distribution was presented as the iron bridge was broken. It offers guidelines for the design of iron bridge and structural strength analysis.
