标题:双三相异步电机缺两相故障容错运行控制 |

摘要:双三相异步电机具有较多的控制自由度。当电机绕组发生缺相故障时,可以通过容错控制维持电机继续运行,使电驱动系统获得更高的运行可靠性。本文针双三相电机中性点的两种连接方式分别推导了两相故障后的解耦变换矩阵,建立了缺相故障后电机的数学模型。根据故障后电机的控制自由度和降载系数,计算了不同运行模式下的容错运行电流。通过引入比例谐振控制器(Proportional Resonant, PR)实现了缺相下各相电流的容错控制。实验结果表明所提容错运行控制方法能够抑制缺相故障后电机的转速波动,而且不同容错运行模式均具有各自的优化效果。 关键词:双三相异步电机;不对称故障;容错控制;PR控制器 Abstract: The dual threephase machine has more controllable freedoms. When the windings of the machine malfunction, it can maintain operation by proper control method, which increases the reliability of the whole system. This paper deduced the decomposition transformations and built the vector space decomposition models (VSD model) for the faulted machine with single and two isolated neutral points. According the controllable freedoms and derating factors, the fault tolerance currents of different running modes were calculated. The fault tolerance control was implemented by the proportion resonance controller (PR Controller) for every phase. Experiment results indicate that the fault tolerance control can suppress the pulsating speed and give the optimization performances according different optimize objects.
