摘要:针对脉冲宽度调制方式对无刷直流电机换相过程中电磁转矩脉动影响的问题,对双极性PWM调制方式与上斩下不斩PWM 调制方式进行了对比研究。理论分析表明双极性PWM调制方式可以通过消除截止相上的二极管续流现象,消除因二极管续流引起的电磁转矩脉动,仿真结果中,两者的截止相电流脉动最大分别为012 A和0,试验结果两者的截止相最大电流脉动分别为额定电流的20%和5%,表明双极性PWM调制方式可以减小换相期间的转矩脉动。 关键词:无刷直流电动机;转矩脉动;双极型PWM 调制 Abstract: A comparative study on bipolar PWM method and PWMON method for the pulse width modulation on the impact of the electromagnetic torque ripple in brushless DC motor commutation process. Theoretical analysis shows that the ripple current caused by the diode freewheeling in the noncommutation zone can be eliminated, and so the torque ripples can also be decreased by the bipolar PWM method.Simulation results between the two noncommutation phases maximum current ripple, were respectively 012A and 0,Test results between the two noncommutation phases maximum current ripple, were respectively 20% and 5% of the rated current, indicating that the bipolar PWM method can reduce the torque ripple during commutation.
