摘要:机电编码器作为检测传感器类的一种,广泛应用于各行各业的控制系统中。本文提出一种基于圆感应同步器的机电编码器,采用机电一体化设计,外壳直径为83mm,分辨率达到20位,转换精度10″,并通过RS485总线与外界进行通讯。该编码器具有体积小、可靠性和稳定性高的特点,可以在极其恶劣条件下长期工作,适用于工业控制系统和军事领域应用。 关键词:圆感应同步器;机电编码器;机电一体化设计 Abstract: As a detection sensor types, mechanical and electrical encoder in the control system is widely applied in all walks of life. In this paper, based on the rotary inductosyn electromechanical encoder, using electromechanical integration design, casing diameter of 83 mm, the resolution reached 20 bits, conversion accuracy of 10 arcseconds, and through the RS485 bus to communicate with the outside world. The encoder has the characteristics of small volume, reliability and high stability. It can work long term under extremely harsh conditions and is applicable to industrial control system and military applications.
