摘要:特殊的机电能量转换过程,使超声波电机具有明显的非线性运行特性。本文建立超声波电机的Hammerstein非线性模型,为电机控制系统的设计与分析提供基础。基于实验数据,通过拟合确定模型的静态非线性环节为Guass函数。采用差分进化算法,对模型参数进行辨识。模型计算数据与实验数据的对比,表明模型精度较高,建模方法有效。 关键词:超声波电机;Hammerstein模型;差分进化算法;辨识 Abstract: The ultrasonic motor possesses special piezoelectric electromechanical energy conversion process. It makes the ultrasonic motor present obvious nonlinear operating characteristics. The nonlinear Hammerstein model of ultrasonic motor was established in this paper to provide the basis for the design and analysis of motor control system. Based on the experimental data, the static nonlinear part of the model was determined by fitting to the Guass function. The differential evolution algorithm was used to identify the model parameters. The comparisons between the calculate results of the model and experimental data indicate that the modeling method is effective with the established model featuring a relative high precision.
