摘要:直线控制系统要求直线电机作动器输出的电磁力要大,电磁力波动要小。本文以之作为优化目标,针对直线电机的气隙长度、永磁体厚度、槽口宽度、齿宽/齿距比等进行结构优化设计,分析了影响直线电机作动器输出电磁力的大小和稳定性的各种因素。 关键词:有限元分析;直线电机;参数优化 Abstract: Linear motor actuator should be designed to gain great electromagnetic power and small ripple under a linear control system. The study was aimed to design optimized in structure for its length of air gap, thickness of permanent magnet, width of notch and the proportion of tooth width against tooth distance.
