摘要:齿槽转矩是单相永磁同步电动机研究的重要问题之一。为降低内置式“一”型单相永磁同步电动机的齿槽转矩,本文基于重复单元磁极偏移的原理,推导了齿槽转矩的傅里叶级数表达式。利用Maxwell2D对8槽6极、10槽8极和16槽8极结构电动机的磁极偏移角度进行扫描。仿真结果表明,基于重复单元磁极偏移方法对降低内置式“一”型单相永磁同步电动机齿槽转矩具有明显的效果,为内置式“一”型单相永磁同步电机齿槽转矩的优化提供了一定的理论依据。 关键词:内置式“一”型;重复单元;齿槽转矩;Maxwell2D;磁极偏移 Abstract: Cogging torque is one of the important issues for singlephase permanent magnet synchronous motor. In order to reduce the cogging torque of builtin “one” type singlephase permanent magnet synchronous motor, derived the Fourier series expression of cogging torque based on magnet shifting of repeat unit. The shifting angle of structure motor of 8 slots 6 poles, 10 slots 8 poles and 16 slots 8 poles are scanning through using Maxwell2D.The simulation results show that the method of magnet shifting based on repeat unit has significant effect on reducing the cogging torque of builtin “one” type singlephase permanent magnet synchronous motor, this paper provided some theory evidence for the optimization of cogging torque in the builtin “one” type singlephase permanent magnet synchronous motor.
