标题:基于Ansys潜油电机转轴动力学仿真分析 |

摘要:针对潜油电机在采油过程中出现卡顿时,其细长的电机转轴发生许用扭转变形导致转轴断裂失效、整个电机及相关设备造成损失,推导电磁转矩与电机刚度与挠度解析表达式,建立细长转轴刚度-电磁转矩的定量关系曲线,为潜油电机转轴故障原因提供理论依据。研制单元组合式永磁直驱潜油电机,对其细长转轴进行3D有限元扭转变形应力分析。基于转轴扭转形变结果建立长度相同结构不同的电机等效有限元模型,进行机械应力场计算,得出不同结构的电机转轴在不同工况下的受力情况。进行单元电机组合运行仿真,最终通过Ansys仿真分析相应结构的最大转矩范围,对以后电机的整体设计有一定指导意义。 关键词:潜油永磁电机; 转轴扭曲变形; 解析计算; 3D有限元仿真 Abstract: In consideration of the allowable torsion deformation of the thin motor shaft resulting in a shaft failure with submersible motor for screw pump, analytical expression of the allowable torsion deformation and the electromagnetic torque,the quantitative relation curve of stiffness and electromagnetic torque was established, which provided the theory basis for the failure of submersible motor shaft. Unit combination permanent magnet directdrive submersible multisegmentmotor was developed. The tension stress strength of thin shaft was analyzed by 3D finite element simulation. In the end, the 3D rotorskewing equivalent motor model for the mechanical stress field calculation were established to get the calculation, and the stress of shaft with different structure under different working conditions was obtained, which was of great significance to the overall design of the motor.
