摘要:为配套小载重电梯用曳引机,设计一款90 r/min、54槽24极三相永磁同步无齿轮曳引机,从电动机结构、永磁材料、磁体结构等方面分析了外转子永磁同步无齿轮曳引机的设计要求。利用Ansys/Maxwell建立了该电动机的二维有限元仿真模型,并对性能进行了仿真,最后进行了试制、调试及试验。结果表明:外转子永磁同步无齿轮曳引机,性能良好,效率高,功率因数高。 关键词:永磁曳引机;外转子;Ansys/Maxwell;仿真 Abstract: A threephase permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction motor of 90 r/min, 54 slots 24 poles,was designed to support small load elevator hoisting machine.The motor structure, materials, magnet structure were analyzed. A 2D finite element analysis model was established with Maxwell of Ansys. The motor performances were simulated. The design scheme was tested and the sample was manufactured. The measured data show that the motor is more advantage for industrialization,which confirmed the accuracy of the 2D finite element model.
