摘要:永磁同步发电机(PMSG)通过全功率变流器与直流母线连接,因此传统的采用直接并网的同步发电机设计与分析模型不再适用于变速恒频系统中的永磁同步发电机。本文提出了一种变速恒频系统中永磁同步发电机的设计分析模型,该模型综合考虑了变流器电流矢量控制策略对发电机特性和性能的影响,能更准确地反映永磁同步发电机的实际运行状况。基于该模型,运用模拟退火算法(Simulated Annealing,SA)对4kW的永磁同步发电机进行了以效率最优为目标的优化设计。最后运用有限元方法和Matlab仿真分析,对4kW永磁同步发电机进行了空载有限元仿真和负载情况下的运行仿真和实验,通过仿真和实验的结果验证了本文所提出的设计优化设计方法的工程使用价值。 关键词:永磁同步发电机;模拟退火算法;额定效率最优设计;加权效率最优设计 Abstract: Permanent magnet synchronous motor through a full power converter connected to the DC bus, therefore the traditional design and analysis based directed connection network synchronization generator model is no longer applied to VSCF system of permanent magnet synchronous generators. This paper presented the new model of VSCF system of permanent magnet synchronous generator, the model considers the effect of the converter control based on current vector control strategies and performance characteristics of the generator. It can be more accurately reflected to the actual operating conditions of permanent magnet synchronous generator machine. The SA was used to design to optimize target of efficiency of 4kW PMSG based on this model. Finally, the finite element method and Matlab simulation were used to analyze the 4kW permanent magnet synchronous generators when it is noload and load performance, the simulation results verify the design of the proposed model and optimization process is valuable.
