摘要:无刷直流电机与永磁同步电机具有许多相似之处,但也存在一些差异。本文阐述了无刷直流电机与永磁同步电机的界定方法,对两者的结构进行了比较分析,对无刷直流电机与永磁同步电机的调速范围、起动性能、转矩脉动、能耗与效率、最大输送功率能力、对电机参数敏感性等运行性能指标对进行了比较,并给出了详细的理论说明或证明。基于上述比较结果,理清了两者的异同之处,为在实际场合选用电机提供了一定的指导意义。
关键词:无刷直流电机;永磁同步电机;结构;运行性能 Abstract: Brushless DC motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor has many similarities,but there are also some differences between them.The define methods of the brushless DC motor with permanent magnet synchronous motor was analyzed in the paper,the structures between them was compared,The operational performance indicators such as the speed range,starting performance,torque ripple,energy consumption and efficiency,the maximum transmission power capability of the motor,parameter sensitivity of brushless DC motor and permanent magnet synchronous motors were compared,and detailed theoretical explanation or proof was given.Based on the above comparison,the similarities and differences between the two was understood, meaningful guidance was given in the actual selection of the motor case.
