摘要:本文针对工作在高温、高湿、多腐蚀性物质环境下的智能家居厨电产品用直流电机,对其进行了盐雾+潮热加速试验以评价其可靠性,并对试验数据的统计分析,发现该直流电机的寿命分布服从指数分布模型。重点研究了直流电机电刷的载流摩擦磨损与电化学腐蚀耦合机理,电刷在盐雾+潮热环境下的腐蚀磨损成为电机失效的主要机理。 关键词:湿热; 盐雾; 直流电机; 可靠性 Abstract: In this paper, the reliability of the DC motors of the intelligent kitchen electric products, which worked in the environment of high temperature, high humidity and high salt, was evaluated by the damp heat and salt mist environment test. The data of the test was analyzed, and it was found that the life distribution of the DC motor followed the exponential distribution model. The mechanism of the friction and wear with current and the electrochemical corrosion of the DC motor brush was studied emphatically. The corrosion of the brush in the damp heat and salt mist environment becomes the main mechanism of the motor failure. Key words: damp heat; salt mist; DC motor; reliability
