摘要:以V型磁路结构的8极42 kW内嵌式永磁同步电机为研究模型,分析了单个磁极发生不可逆失磁故障对单槽空载反电动势的具体影响,推导出了任意磁极和任意多个磁极发生不同程度的不可逆失磁故障下单槽的空载反电动势数学模型。该模型简单有效且计算量小,有限元仿真结果验证了该模型是正确的。 关键词:内嵌式永磁同步电机;失磁故障;单槽反电动势;数学模型 Abstract: A 8poles 22 kW interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) with Vshaped rotor structure as a research model,the specific impact on singleslot no load backEMF was analysised with a single magnetic pole demagnetization failure.A single slot no load backEMF mathematical model was presented when any magnetic pole and any more magnetic poles occurred different degree of irreversible demagnetization fault.The model is simple,effective and requires very little computation.Finite element simulation verified the validity of the mathematical model.
