摘要：针对直流永磁有刷和无刷风机生产测试平台统一及人力资源优化的需求，提出根据风机电流自动检测转速，采用光钎测速抽检的思想。解决根据电流波动提取转速信息难点，设计运用FFT算法分析电流特性，计算风机转速，最终实现风机生产测试统一。通过自动化模式测试，节省人力资源。

Abstract: Following the production test requirements of the DC permanent magnet motor, proposed the normal detect speed follow the current signal, the random detect speed follow the optical fibers. Solved the difficult for following the current wave get the fan speed. Base on the FFT algorithm analyzed the current character, calculated the fan speed, and unified the fan production test finally. Choicing the automatic mode test, saved the human resources.
