摘要:浸油电机依靠轴瓦提供航空煤油流动所需的动力,设计一种直槽和螺旋槽配合的轴瓦,可以加速油的流动,更有利于散热。为了精确模拟浸油电机内部流体的流动状态,首先建立了流场的物理、数学模型;然后采用有限元流体计算软件Ansys Fluent,对浸油电机前轴瓦流道内部流场以及气隙内部流场进行了仿真分析,由后处理软件输出了流场速度、压力和温度云图,并得到了流体粘性损耗值。 关键词:浸油电机;流场分析;有限元;轴瓦;粘性损耗 Abstract: The flow of aviation kerosene is powered by bearing bush in lubricantimmersionedmotors,for accelerating the flow of aviation kerosene and being more advantageous to dissipate the heat,a kind of bearing bush with both straight slot and spiral slot were designed in this paper.For an accurate simulation of flow state in lubricantimmersionedmotors,first of all,built both physical and mathematics models of flow.Then,a finite element fluid computing softwareAnsys fluent was used for a simulatiom analysis of the interior flow of the front bearing bush in lubricantimmersioned motorsand air gap,postprocessing software was also used to output the Velocity,the distributions of pressure and temperature and the value of fluid viscosity.
