摘要:轴承作为航空电机结构中的关键组件,在运转中容易产生很高的热量导致变形,进而影响轴承的寿命和可靠性,为了探究航空电机轴承发热所带来的失效问题,采用热机耦合的仿真方法,对模型的边界进行设置,在Ansys Workbench中对深沟球轴承的稳态温度和耦合应力进行仿真计算,得到有限元数值模拟结果为轴承的设计、优化和失效分析提供了参考依据。 关键词:轴承;失效;热机耦合;有限元数值模拟 Abstract: Bearing as a important component in the structure of aeromotor, produce high heat which causes deformation in operation, and affects the life and reliability of the bearing. In order to research the Invalid problem caused by the heating of the bearing of aeromotor, the thermalmechanical coupling simulation method was used to set the boundary of the model. In Ansys Workbench, the steady temperature and coupling stress of the deep groove ball bearing were set up. The results of finite element numerical simulation provide a reference for bearing design, optimization and failure analysis.
