摘要:根据航空高压直流供电系统中270V的供电要求以及飞机对安全性要求的特殊性,研究了当多相发电机出现故障时整流系统的容错控制策略,以双Y移30°永磁同步发电机的一相开路为例,采用一种基于定子幅值最小的容错控制方法对电机进行电流优化,并利用滞环PWM电流控制技术对整流系统进行控制,保证一相开路后的双Y移30°永磁同步发电机整流系统在负载变化和电机的转速发生突变的情况下保证输出的直流电压迅速恢复到270 V并保持恒定。通过在Simulink上建立发电整流系统的仿真模型,得出的仿真结果证明了方法的可行性。 关键词:270V高压直流;双Y移30°永磁同步发电机;容错控制;滞环PWM电流控制 Abstract: Considering the requirements of 270V power supply and the safety of aircraft in the high voltage DC power supply system of aviation, the faulttolerant control strategy of the rectifier system was studied when the multiphase generator fails. A fault tolerant control strategy based on minimum stator amplitude was adopted to optimize the current of a motor after open phase. The rectifier system was controlled by hysteresis current control technique of PWM to ensure that the DC voltage of the output can be quickly restored to 270 V and remained constant when the load and rotational speed were mutated. The simulation model of a sixphase permanent magnet synchronous generator power generation system was established in Simulink, and the simulation results show that the method is feasible.
