摘 要:该文采用逆系统理论与模型参考自适应理论结合的控制方法,对轴向磁轴承支承的转子系统这一非线性的控制对象进行建模及精确控制研究。在介绍轴向磁轴承的结构,推导出轴向悬浮力数学方程的基础上,对数学模型进行可逆性分析, 得出了原系统的解析逆系统;将构造出来的逆与原系统串联复合成伪线性系统;采用模型参考自适应控制理论对伪线性系统进行了综合和仿真。仿真结果表明:这种控制策略能够实现轴向磁轴承的简单线性化,模型能按理想的指标运行,系统具有良好的动态和静态性能。 关键词:轴向磁轴承;自适应控制;线性化;模型参考
Abstract: The modeling and accurate control research on inverse system theory combined with model reference adaptive control method was proposed for an axial hybrid magnetic bearing, which is a nonlinear system. Based on introduction of the configuration of the axial hybrid magnetic bearing, set up the equations of the hybrid magnetic bearing, and the analytical inverse system of the hybrid magnetic bearing was obtained by analyzing the reversibility of the mathematical model, and then inverse system and original system were in series to constitute pseudo linear systems. Finally, a controller of the pseudo linear systems was designed by using model reference adaptive control method. The simulation results show that this kind of control strategy can realize linearization mathematical model of the axial hybrid magnetic bearing, the new model can operate well according to the perfect performance indicators, and the whole control system has good dynamic and static performance.
