摘要:为了能够给铁路货车无线ECP制动系统的电子设备提供电力能源,设计了一种Halbach阵列结构永磁直线发电机。结合27t轴重货车车辆的结构特点与垂向振动特性,对永磁直线发电机进行了结构设计。运用Ansoft电磁场有限元分析软件建立永磁直线发电机的仿真模型,得到设计发电机的气隙磁密与空载反电势,并利用整流滤波仿真电路得到发电机的负载电压。通过用液压振动试验台模拟线路运行工况,对样机进行了性能测试,试验结果表明,发电机设计方案正确。最后提出了进一步地优化改进措施。 关键词:无线ECP制动系统;Halbach;永磁直线发电机;Ansoft;试验 Abstract: In order to provide electric energy for electronic equipment of wireless ECP braking system of railway wagon ,a kind of Halbach array structure of linear permanent magnet generator was designed.With the structure characteristics of a 27t axle load of freight vehicles and vertical vibration characteristic, the structure of linear permanent magnet generator was designed. The finite element analysis software Ansoft for electromagnetic fieldsimulation was used to establish the simulation model, the air gap magnetic density and the design of the motor noload EMF were got, rectifier filter circuit simulation was used to get the load voltage. The prototype was tested by the hydraulic vibration table.The hydraulic vibration test bench was used to simulate the circuit operating conditions for testing the prototype, and the test results showed that the design scheme was correct.
