摘要:提出了一种径向磁化非对称式绕组分布的新型18/12极双凸极混合励磁电机,并阐述了电机的基本结构,建立了电机的磁路和有限元分析模型,并对电机的空载特性及其在电动运行下的电枢反应进行了分析,在总结电机电枢反应特点的基础上,明确了电机工作点的选取原则,以获得较宽的恒功率区和调速范围。仿真结果表明:非对称绕组分布的双凸极混合励磁电机具有较宽的调速范围,输出功率较高等优点。 关键词:双凸极电机;混合励磁;有限元分析;调速范围;电枢反应 Abstract: A novel 12 /8 pole doubly salient hybrid excited machine with asymmetric windings was proposed in this paper, and described the basic structure of the motor. Then, the magnetic circuit and finite element models were constructed. In addition, the static characteristics and armature reaction were simulated with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software. Then summarized the motor operating point selection principles based on the armature reaction, in order to obtain a wide range of speed. The results show that DSHEM has the advantages of wide speed range, high output power, etc. Key words: doubly salient machine; hybrid excitation; finite element analysis; speed range; armature reaction
