摘 要:针对基于降压斩波(Buck)变换器PAM调制方式下高速无刷直流电机由于换相点滞后产生的非导通相续流问题,分析了其产生原因并提出了一种基于DSP的软件超前换相的补偿方法。通过DSP实时计算补偿了无刷直流电机由于霍尔信号低通滤波、霍尔传感器的安装位置误差及中断延迟所造成的换相滞后角,消除了换相点滞后,抑制了非导通相续流,同时消除了由非导通相续流引起的电流关断尖峰。通过仿真和实验验证了上述方法的正确性和有效性。 关键词:无刷直流电机;降压斩波;非导通向续流;超前换相;实验
Abstract:To suppress the diode freewheeling of the inactive phase caused by the lag of commutation in the control of BLDCM which uses PAM strategy based on Buck converter,the approach of leading commutation based on DSP was presented.The proposed approach can compensate the commutation lag which was caused by the low-pass filtering of hall signal,bedding error of hall sensors and interrupt delay through real-time calculation using DSP.Through compensation,the diode freewheeling and current spike caused by diode freewheeling were suppressed.The simulations and experimental results verified the validity of the proposed approach.
