摘要:针对自由活塞(β型)斯特林直线发电机的控制系统,采用一种三相桥式电路作为系统输出整流及启动逆变的复用电路拓扑。FPSE系统在发电阶段时,给出当达到系统输出功率的要求下,保证系统传输效率最高的双闭环控制策略及其PI控制参数的优化算法。针对负载值时变导致系统总输出功率漂移的问题,提出一种利用电阻矩阵实现补偿控制的方法,使得总电力负载维持一个定值,从而保证动力活塞行程基本不发生改变,保证系统运行的稳定性。仿真结果证明了上述研究内容的有效性。 关键词:斯特林直线发电机;三相桥式电路;双闭环;PI控制参数 Abstract: For the Freepiston Stirling Engines (FPSE) control system, using a three phase bridge circuit which is reused as the system output about rectifier and start inverter. When FPSE system in the power stage,ensuring the highest system transmission efficiency with double closed loop control strategy and optimization algorithm of PI control parameters under the requirements of the system output power. Concerning about the system total power output caused by load variation, a dynamic tuning control method with resistance matrixes was proposed. It made the total power load maintain a constant value, ensuring the power piston stroke essentially unchanged and guaranteeing the stability of the running system.
