摘 要:在分析无刷直流电机位置估计原理的基础上,提出了一种改进的基于反电动势过零检测的转子位置估计方法;通过检测电机断开相端电压获得反电动势的过零点,进而获取电机位置信息。其特点是无需重构电机中点,检测电路简单,适用于任何PWM占空比,且易于在数字信号处理器中实现。实验结果验证了方法的有效性。 关键词:无刷直流电机;转子位置估计;反电动势;脉宽调制;实验
Abstract: This paper analyzed the principle of position sensorless control for brushless DC motors(BLDCM),and presented an improved rotor position estimation method for BLDCM which was based on zero-crossing point detection of back-electromotive force(EMF).The principle of this method is to get motor position information by utilizing the zero-crossing point of back EMF which is calculated by sampling the terminal voltage of floating phase.The presented method has simple measure circuit and no need for reconstruction of neutral voltage;it works well in both high duty ratio an low duty ratio which is easily implemented in DSP.The method is verified by the experimental results.
