摘要:针对车载驱动领域对低压小体积大电流电机驱动器的实际需求,设计实现了基于TI的TMS320F2812为主控单元,以增量式编码器、小阻值大功率采样电阻为电机速度及电流采集单元,以低压小封装大电流MOSFET为功率驱动单元的低压高功率密度电机驱动器。详细介绍硬件设计方案,通过高密度PCB设计及相关结构工艺设计,并配合相关的速度嵌套分段控制及参数检测程序,提高了驱动器的集成度及可靠性。以额定电流为20A的直流伺服电机为测试电机,测试表明:系统运行稳态精度较高,加载响应稳定可靠。 关键词:高功率密度;TMS320F2812;高密度PCB设计;直流伺服电机
Abstract: Based on the demand of lowvoltage, smallsize and highcurrent motor drive in the vehiclemounted servo system, the lowvoltage and high power density motor drive, which used TMS320F2812 of TI as the control unit, incremental encoder and smallvalue, highpower sensor resistor as motor speed and current acquisition unit, lowvoltage and high power density MOSFET as driving unit, was designed and implemented. The hardware of driving system was introduced in details, and then the designs of highdensity PCB, structure and technology, with relevant speed control of nested segment and parameters testing procedures, were employed to improve the driver integration and reliability. A DC servo motor with a rated current of 20 amps was used as a test motor. The experimental results indicate that the driving system has the advantages of high steadystate accuracy and stable load response.
