标题:不同叠片式转子结构高速感应电机综合分析

摘要:针对叠片式高速感应电机,转子铁心难以承受巨大离心力的问题,本文基于一台280 kW,12000 r/min的高速感应电动机,设计了3种转子结构,并对3种转子结构的电磁特性、转子强度、温度分布进行了综合的比较分析,同时设计了风风冷和风水冷两套冷却方案,分析了两种冷却方案下电机温度分布,分析结果表明:圆形槽转子结构转子损耗远大于平行槽和水滴槽,但转子强度较好,水滴槽的转子强度最差;风风冷冷却结构的电机最高温度集中在定子铁心,而风水冷集中在转子铁心;圆形槽转子结构的转子温度约比平行槽和水滴槽高18°C。

Abstract: For laminated highspeed induction motor, rotor core is difficult to withstand the tremendous centrifugal force. To solve the problem, three rotor structures were designed based on a 280 kW, 12000 r/min highspeed induction motor. The comprehensive comparative analysis including electromagnetic properties, rotor strength, and temperature distribution of the three rotor structures was carried out. At the same time, motor temperature distributions with two cooling system (windwind cooling system and windwater cooling system) were analyzed. For rotor structure with roundshaped bars is biggest, while the rotor stress is smallest. For rotor structure with dropshaped bars, the rotor stress is biggest. The maximum temperature of the motor focus on the stator core with windwind cooled solution,while the maximum temperature of the motor focus on the rotor core with windwater cooled solution. The rotor temperature with roundshaped bars is about 18°C higher than rotor structure with dropshaped bars and parallel slots.
