标题:不平衡磁拉力作用下电主轴挠度分析及改善措施

摘  要:针对电主轴偏心导致的不平衡磁拉力引起主轴变形问题,采用高性能结构陶瓷作为电主轴的转轴材料,来改善不平衡磁拉力作用下的变形,减小挠度。基于有限元方法建立电主轴的二维有限元模型,分析不同静偏心及不同电负荷条件下,电主轴不平衡磁拉力及其变化规律;同时,基于有限元法建立转轴及转子的三维有限元模型,对比分析不平衡磁拉力作用下陶瓷电主轴和金属电主轴的挠度变化。分析表明陶瓷材料可以改善不平衡磁拉力对转轴挠度的影响。

Abstract:  The eccentric of electric spindle lead to unbalanced magnetic pull, which cause spindle deformation. To improve the deformation under the action of unbalanced magnetic pull and reduce deflection, the high performance structural ceramics were used as shaft materials of motorized spindle. The two-dimensional finite element model of the motorized spindle was established based on the finite element method, the unbalanced magnetic pull and its changing laws of the motorized spindle were analyzed under the condition of different static eccentric and electrical load. At the same time, comparatively analyzed the deflection change of ceramic electric spindle and metal electric spindle under unbalanced magnetic pull on the basis of three dimensional finite element model of the shaft and rotor. Analysis shows that the ceramic material can improve the shaft deflection caused by unbalanced magnetic pull force.
