摘要:采用交流调磁的双交错混合励磁同步电机是一种新型电机,其定子部分存在两套空间交错排列的交流绕组,转子上铁极和永磁极交错排列,电机气隙三维磁场为块状分布。由于该电机磁场分布特殊,使得普通电机的分析方法不适用于双交错混合励磁电机;此外,在确定电机的极槽配合时,必须考虑磁场三维分布的影响。本文在三维磁场分析的基础上,提出了一种基于反电动势的双交错混合励磁电机极槽配合分析方法,有限元仿真及样机试验证明了该方法的有效性;在该方法基础上,分析了不同分相方式、不同线圈参数的48槽以内双交错混合励磁电机极槽配合,为该新型电机的初步设计提供了参考。 关键词:反电动势;双交错;混合励磁;极槽配合;交流调磁 Abstract: The dual consequent hybrid excitation synchronous (DCHES) machine is a new type machine. The stator has two sets of AC windings which are staggered in space, the iron poles and PM poles on rotor are staggered too, and the 3D air gap flux presents the pattern of blockdistribution. Because of the special 3D air gap flux distribution, the methods to analyse general machines can not be applied to analyse DCHES machine directly. Furthermore, the influence of 3D air gap flux distribution must be taken into account when choosing the slots and poles of DCHES machine. In this paper, a backEMF based method to determine the slotpole combination for DCHES machine was presented, 3D FEA and experiments validated the presented method. Based on this analytical method, the slotpole combinations up to 48slots under different coil parameters were discussed, which provided a reference for the preliminary design of this machine.
