摘 要:首先用有限元分析来说明该文所研究的圆筒永磁直线电机推力波动主要是由齿槽力引起的。为削弱该电机的齿槽力,采用了一种基于能量法和傅里叶分解的解析分析方法,推导出圆筒直线电机与结构参数有关的齿槽力表达式。在此基础上,研究了对定子极距所作的微小改变和极弧系数的优化选择对齿槽力的影响,提出了减少电机齿槽力的优化方案。利用有限元法对其验证,通过抽油机实际测试,证明文中提出的方法是正确有效的。 关键词:永磁直线电机;齿槽力;圆筒型;二维有限元
Abstract: Firstly,using finite element analysis to describe that cogging force was the main cause of force ripple in tubular permanent magnet linear motors.To reduce cogging force in the motors, an analytical method based on energy method and Fourier series expansion was proposed, so as to obtain the expression of cogging force which is related with structure parameters of the motor. Being based on these expressions, after studying the effect of changing the stator pole distance and choosing the suitable pole-arc coefficient on cogging force, a method was found for reducing cogging force. The validity of the proposed method was verified by 2D finite element analysis and the test of pumping unit.
