标题:低速大转矩永磁电动机表贴式磁极结构涡流损耗研究

摘要:表贴式磁极的永磁体与气隙直接接触,定子齿槽效应会在磁钢表面产生涡流损耗,严重时会导致永磁体的不可逆去磁。针对该问题,本文提出在常规表贴式永磁体表面加装双曲导磁极靴的方法,采用有限元仿真对比分析加装极靴前后永磁体内磁密波形和损耗变化情况,以一台采用双曲极靴磁极的螺杆泵用低速大转矩永磁电动机为研究对象,采用标准遗传算法优化设计双曲极靴磁极结构参数,并用仿真和样机测试进行验证,结果表明,双曲极靴磁极可有效降低常规表贴式永磁电机的永磁体损耗,电机温升、效率等指标均优于常规表贴式磁极电机。

Abstract: Permanent magnets of surfacemounted PMSM are exposed in the airgap, the stator cogging effect will lead to eddy current loss on the surface of the magnet. Eddy current loss can cause high temperature of permanent magnets, in severe cases may lead to partial demagnetization. Aiming at this problem, a novel surfacemounting hyperboloidal pole shoe on the conventional surfacemounted permanent magnet pole was presented. By using finite element method, eddy current loss and flux density waveforms in permanent magnets were compared between hyperboloidal pole and conventional surfacemounted pole. Employing standard genetic algorithm(SGA) optimized hyperboloidal pole structure parameters, which was applied to direct drive lowspeed hightorque PMSM(LHPMSM) of progressive cavity pump. Simulation and experiment of two prototype with different pole structure were carried out. The results show that the hyperboloidal pole structure reduced eddy current loss of permanent magnet effectively, and performance of efficiency, temperature rising are better than conventional surfacemounted pole structure motor.
