摘要:结合电动车驱动系统应用,分析低速电动汽车用无刷直流电机性能要求,讨论针对电动汽车无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制方法。设计一套基于dsPIC的低速电动汽车用无刷直流电机无传感器控制系统,采用电感法和反电动势过零点检测相结合的方式,实现电机闭环起动,能有效扩大电机调速范围。实验结果表明,所设计控制系统能满足低速电动汽车驱动要求,具有一定应用价值。

Abstract: Combined with the application of electric vehicle(EV) drive system, analyzed the performance requirements of brushless DC motors(BLDCM) in the fields of low speed electric vehicles, and discussed the control method of the EV sensorless BLDCM. Designed an EV sensorless BLDCM control system based on dsPIC. Started the motor in closed-loop mode by using inductance method and BEMF zero crossing detecting method, the motor speed range was effectively expanded. The experimental results showed that this control system could meet the requirements of low speed electric vehicle and had application value.
