标题:双三相PMSM全速范围内无位置传感器控制研究

摘要:为满足电机系统高功率/转矩密度要求,同时避免极端工况下因传统传感器引起的可靠性降低问题,针对双三相永磁同步电机提出了适用于全速度范围内的无位置传感器控制策略。在零速起动阶段,采用高频信号注入法向定子侧叠加小幅高频电压信号,通过检测定子的高频电流负序分量,结合外差法,得到转子位置角的估计值;在电机完成启动之后,采用改进型滑模观测器法,根据滑模观测器数学表达式计算转子位置角,得到位置信号。通过在滑模观测器中,利用连续饱和函数代替传统开关函数,能有效的抑制高频抖振。在Matlab/Simulink环境下搭建了双三相永磁同步电机系统模型,通过仿真验证了系统性能。仿真结果表明所提出的方法具有较好的控制性能。

Abstract: In order to meet the high power/torque density requirements of the motor system and avoid the problem of reliability reduction caused by the traditional sensors under extreme conditions, this paper presented a position sensorless control strategy for the dual threephase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in the full speed range. At the zerospeed start stage, high frequency small amplitude voltage signals were injected into the stator side. Using the heterodyne method, the estimation value of the rotor position angle was obtained by detecting the negative sequence component of the high frequency current of the stator. After the motor starts, the rotor position angle was calculated based on the mathematical expression of modified sliding mode observer. By using the continuous saturation function instead of the traditional switching function in the sliding mode observer, the high frequency buffeting can be effectively suppressed. A dual threephase PMSM system model was built in the Matlab/Simulink platform, and the motor system performances were verified by simulation. Simulation results show that the proposed method has better control performance.
