摘 要:根据SPWM自然采样法原理,结合Matlab的计算优势,给出了一种基于FPGA的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)触发器的设计方案,具体方法是首先离线计算SPWM开关点数据,然后利用计数器将得出的开关点数据转化为脉冲计数值来控制SPWM高低电平触发时刻。在应用中为防止同相桥臂功率器件的同时导通,采用按时关断、延时开通的单边不对称设置完成调制脉冲波的死区延时。将Matlab与FPGA相结合,可以更方便的获得SPWM波的优化控制模式,具有较高的实用价值。 关键词:SPWM;开关点;Matlab;FPGA
Abstract: According to the principle of the nature sampling method of SPWM, a method was presented about the realization of SPWM wave based on FPGA and Matlab. The data of on-off switching pionts were cauculated offline first.Then the counter was used to translate these data into the number of the pulses, which was used to control the level trigger moment of SPWM wave. Misbalance method was applied in case of circulating at the same time in one bridge power component. It is easier to get optimized mode of SPWM in control in virtue of FPGA and Matlab.This method is supposed to be useful in practice. Key words: SPWM; on-off switching pionts; Matlab; FPGA |
