摘要:利用ANSYS有限元软件的热分析功能对1250kW的电励磁同步电机进行了仿真,给出了不同负载下定、转子的温度场分布图。分析了同步电机绕组温度与损耗的关系,提出了无机械传感器的绕组温度检测方法。仿真实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。研究结果对电机的温度检测具有一定的指导意义。 关键词:ANSYS;有限元;同步电机;温度
Abstract: In application of the thermal function of ANSYS FEM software the 1250kW electrically excited synchronous motor was simulated. Upon that temperature distribution graphs of stator and rotor were showed. The relation of winding temperature to losses was analyzed and the method of detecting winding temperature without machine senior was provided. Simulation results prove that this method is valid.
