摘要:针对目前广泛应用的电机电磁场有限元计算方法存在的理论性强、工作量大、人机交互次数多、求解时间长等问题,本文提出了一种基于APDL语言的永磁电机有限元计算设计方案。这种基于APDL语言的程序设计可实现电机建模中尺寸、齿槽形状等参数的变量化处理,利用约束方程提出了定转子逻辑旋转的理念,使求解时间缩短为传统有限元计算方法的30%左右,并且有更高的计算精度。计算结果与面电流法结果数据对比,验证了该方法的可行性、有效性和准确性。 关键词:永磁同步电动机;电磁场;有限元;APDL
Abstract: There are several problems in the current FEM method to calculate the electromagnetic field such as tending to theoretical, heavy workload more human-computer interaction times, longer time to solve and so on. This paper introduced an approach which apply APDL programming language to calculate the electromagnetic field of PMSM. Its available to realize parametric programming and application of constraint equations for APDL language. Through the approach, modify the parameters more conveniently and reduce the solving time to about thirty percent of the previous time. Experimental results verify the feasibility, effectiveness and more accuracy. Key words: PMSM;electromagnetic;FEM;APDL
