摘要:针对感应电机矢量控制调速系统,采用预测函数控制作为速度环控制器,PI控制作为电流环控制器。首先利用实验法确立感应电机数学模型的参数,依据预测函数控制原理设计速度调节器,然后在基于DSP TMS320LF2407的运动控制系统平台进行了试验,并与传统的PI控制相对比。实验结果表明预测函数控制算法简单,在快速性和鲁棒性优于传统的PI控制,具有工程实用价值。
关键词:感应电机调速系统;预测函数控制;数字实现 Abstract: For induction motor vector control system, a predictive functional controller used as velocity loop controller was proposed, and PI control was used as a current loop controller. Firstly, the parameters of the mathematical model for induction motor was established using the experimental method, then based on the principle of predictive functional control, speed regulator was designed. Secondly, This proposal was tested based on DSP TMS320LF2407 motion control system platform and compared with traditional PI control. Experimental results show that the predictive functional control method is simpler, faster and more robust than conventional PI control, and has practical value.
