标题:基于Hall位置检测永磁无刷电机复合驱动研究

摘要:研究了基于Hall位置传感器的永磁无刷电机低成本方波/正弦波复合驱动系统。在讨论了永磁无刷电机转子位置估算与信号校准问题的基础上,分析了电机不同驱动模式下的切换原理和过程优化方案。为了提高状态切换过程控制的鲁棒性,引入了一种自适应模糊控制器,对交轴电流指令iq进行模糊增益补偿,维持切换前后电磁转矩不变,抑制系统状态切换过程中的转速波动。样机实验表明,所研究的永磁无刷电动机复合驱动系统在低速区进行方波驱动,转矩输出能力强;高速区进行正弦波驱动,运行更平稳;驱动模式切换过程平缓、可靠性好。

Abstract: A compound driven of permanent magnet brushless motor with sine and square wave based on three Hall sensors was presented in this paper. On the basis of the discussion on rotor position estimation and position calibration for permanent magnet brushless motor, principle and optimization of the switching process between two different driving modes were analyzed. In order to improve the robustness of the switching process control, an adaptive fuzzy controller was used to keep the output torque unchanged pre and post switching process by taking the command current iq a gain compensation, the speed fluctuation can be controlled within acceptable limits during the switching process. Experiment results of a brushless motor prototype show that it has stronger capability of torque outputting with square wave driven in lowspeed zone, while working more reposeful with sine wave driven in highspeed zone, the switching process is smooth and the compound driven system is reliable.
