摘 要:采用RS232接口标准,通过对自定义数据帧格式进行握手,实现由永磁无刷直流电机,驱动控制器构成的电动微型无人机动力系统与上位机的数据通信。上位机串行口直接数据通信软件采用虚拟仪器(LabVIEW)-VISA 控件编程实现,VISA 控件能够提高数据传输的实时性而且简化编程难度。通过硬软件调试,实现LabVIEW上位机软件对电机起动与停止控制,并能根据实际应用情况发送给定转速或占空比控制指令,完成电动力系统在不同转速下的开环,闭环控制,同时监测下位机采集的电机实际转速、电流和报警等状态参数。 关键词:永磁无刷直流电机;RS232串行接口标准;LabVIEW-VISA
Abstract: According to different defined data frame formats, RS232 serial interface communication data handshaking between electric power systems Micro UAV and host-computer. LabVIEW-VISA function program serial data communication software of host-computer. VISA can be used for the real time and reduce the difficulty to program. Through hardware and software commissioning, host-computer LabVIEW software-which also controlled START and STOP- send speed and pulse-time ratio instructions to finish speed open and close loop.
