摘  要：阐述了数控系统的发展概况。针对开放式数控系统，列举了目前已经出现的几种模式，并对基于PC+PMAC的开放式数控系统模式进行了分析研究。介绍了PMAC运动控制器的性能。作为实例应用，对慢走丝线切割机床开放式数控系统的硬件结构和软件设计进行了分析，为同类应用研究提供了有效的途径。

Abstract: Summarized the states of NC system,enumerated several open NC system modals,further analyzed a kind of open NC system based on PC and PMAC motion cntroller.Introduced the characteristic of PMAC.As a research of application,Discussed the hardware structure and software design of LSWEDM(Low Speed Wire Cutting Electrical Discharge Machining).Approach is supplied that can be referenced by other similar research.
