摘 要:为了节能降耗和调速应用,开发了感应电动机变频调速的控制系统。通过工控机、电位器和外部专用仪表,对电动机控制芯片dsPIC30F4011的MCPWM模块调制出的三相正弦波频率进行设定和改变,实现变频调速控制;通过计量泵流量测试,达到了预期的控制效果。 关键词:变频器;感应电动机;调速系统;实验
Abstract: For the purpose of energy-saving,introduced a novel variable frequency controller of ACIMs(AC Induction Motor) which was implemented by using micro-controller dsPIC30F4011 specially designed for the motor control.The threephase sine wave modulation frequency could be easily setup or changed through an IPC,a keypad,a potentiometer or an external instrument to control the velocity of an ACIM.The control received the anticipative effect through the test of metric pump flux.
