摘要:场地用电动车路况复杂,路线长,负载多变。为提高电动车的响应速度,延长电池的续航能力,本文采用改进的滑模控制设计控制器应用于电动车驱动系统,在改进的比例切换滑模控制律下,相对传统的PID控制器,电动车的动作响应快,抗扰能力强,转矩脉动小,降低了电动车驾驶噪音,增加了驾驶舒适度。起动过程节能,延长了电动车续使里程。滑模控制参数设计容易,适应性强,具有一定的理论意义和工程应用价值。 关键词:场地电动车;驱动控制;比列切换函数;滑模控制;PID
Abstract: The load of electric vehicles used for sites is changeable, and the traffic environment is complex. In order to improve the dynamic response of electric vehicles,and save the starting energy to extended electric vehicle mileage, studied on the drive of electric vehicle based on the main loop drive of the electric vehicle control system. According to the control characteristics of electric vehicles used for sites and improvement of the routine control law,designed the sliding mode controller based on the proportion switching function and applied it to the speed control system for electric vehicles. The results show that during the process of electric vehicles drive, the former in responding speed, steadystate error and antiinterference ability are significantly improved,the torque ripple is restrained effectively, and the vibration and noise when running the electric vehicles are reduced.Save the starting energy, extend the mileage of electric vehicles. Sliding mode control design parameters easily,has strong adaptability, it has certain theoretical significance and engineering application value.
