摘 要:针对磁场定向矢量控制下的永磁直线同步电机伺服系统,提出开闭环迭代学习位置调节器,实现参考位置信号的准确跟踪控制。详细分析了开闭环迭代学习位置调节下的直线伺服系统结构与数学模型。给出直线伺服系统位置调节器结构及带有遗忘因子的开闭环迭代学习位置调节算法。方波位置跟踪及突加负载实验结果表明,开闭环迭代学习控制具有系统响应速度快,位置跟踪准确的特点,同时可以有效保证受扰状态下的鲁棒性能。 关键词:直线伺服;开闭环;迭代学习;位置调节
Abstract: Proposed an open-closed loop iterative learning position regulator to control the mover position of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo system based on field oriented vector control to track accurately reference position signal.Analyzed the structure and mathematical model of linear servo system based on open-closed loop iterative learning position regulation in detail.Given the structure of position regulator of linear servo system and open-closed loop iterative learning position regulation algorithm with forgetting factor.The experiment results of square wave position track and sudden load demonstrate that open-closed loop iterative learning control can assure the system of fast response speed,precise position tracking and robust performance under load disturbance.
