摘要:采用dSPACE开发平台对纯电动汽车驱动用5kW三相12/8极开关磁阻电机(SRM)控制系统进行快速控制原型设计与开发。依据开通角和关断角随电机转速变化而改变的原理,在Simulink环境下建立了SRM控制系统实时仿真模型,在ContorlDesk环境下在线调整控制参数,优化控制策略和控制参数以获得良好的控制效果。以快速控制原型开发中的控制策略和控制参数为基础对SRM控制系统进行开发,试验结果表明在满足控制性能的前提下,该方法可缩短控制系统的开发周期,节约开发成本。 关键词:电动汽车;开关磁阻电机;快速控制原型
Abstract: Rapid control prototyping for a 5 Kw, threephase 12/8 switched reluctance motor (SRM) control system was developed, which was used for pure electric vehicle driving system, by using DSPACE development platform. Based on the principle of turnon angle and turnoff angle changing with the motor speed, a realtime simulation model of SRM control system was established in the Simulink, the control parameters of the controller was adjusted in ContorlDesk to optimize the control strategy and obtain a good control result. Based on the development of the rapid control prototyping, SRM control system was developed. The experiment results show that the development cycle of controller can be shortened and the cost can be saved by this method under satisfying the control performance.
