摘要:针对转子断条故障诊断存在故障信号难以提取,受负载波动影响等诸多不足之处,提出断电残压最大熵功率谱分析和小波包分解的故障诊断方法。建立转子断条故障断电残压模型;通过最大熵功率谱分析法得到故障电机断电残压频谱,利用小波包分解电机断电残压信号,并计算对应频段节点系数的能量。仿真结果表明,断电残压可以有效避免外界因素的干扰,小波包分解得到的子频带能量变化率可以诊断故障。该方法简单可靠,为工程实际提供了新的方法思路。 关键词:断电残压; 转子断条; 最大熵功率谱; 小波包分解 Abstract: Based on many deficiencies that exist in induction motor rotor bar faults diagnosis, such as the signals are difficult to extract, easily influenced by the variation of the loads, a method based on residual voltage after AC dump via PMEM and wavelet packet analysis was introduced. The residual voltage after AC dump was analyzed and the modal of the rotor bar broken faults was built. Using the PMEM to extract the frequency of the faults and getting the node rate by using the wavelet packet to extract the signal of the residual voltage after AC dump. Simulation shows that the residual voltage after AC dump can avoid the influence of the outer factors. The node energy rate can be used to diagnose the faults.
