摘要:为简化永磁同步电动机控制系统结构,提出了一种基于直流侧电流的电磁转矩控制方法。该方法根据电磁转矩与直流侧电流的关系,将电磁转矩控制转化为对直流侧电流的控制,以实现电磁转矩的间接控制。与传统的电磁转矩控制方法相比,该方法仅需要一个采样电阻和一个电流控制器,无需复杂的坐标变换,可简化系统控制结构,提高系统的实时性。对某永磁同步电动机的实验结果表明,该方法是可行的。
关键词:永磁同步电动机;转矩控制;电流控制 Abstract: To simplify the control structure of the permanent magnetic synchronous motors(PMSM), a torque control strategy based on DC-link current was proposed. According to the relationship between the electromagnetic torque and DC-link current of the converter, this strategy transformed torque control into DC-link current control, therefore could control the torque indirectly by measuring DC-link current. Compared with conventional torque control methods, this strategy does need only one sampling resistor and one current controller, and does not need complicate coordinate transformations. Therefore it can simplify the control structure and improve the real-timing of the servo systems. Experimental results on a PMSM show that the proposed strategy is feasible.
