摘要: 文章介绍了高压永磁断路器操动机构及运动模式,主要分析了双线圈双稳态永磁机构的特性及运动方式。阐述了采用PWM脉宽调制控制技术及PID算法进行分合闸运动,以及采用直线电机控制模式的永磁断路器控制单元的硬件和软件设计。此设计解决了国内常用的分-合闸控制的缺陷,使得分合闸控制更加平滑,并且节省了产品成本。

Abstract: This paper introduce high-voltage permanent magnet circuit breaker operating mechanism and movement mode,with the analysis characteristic and movement mode of operating mechanism of dual-coil bi-stable permanent magnet circuit breaker, introduced open-close movement using PWM control technology and PID arithmetic, the design of hardware and software of permanent magnet circuit breaker controller with linear motor control method. This design project solves the limitation of open-close in common used in China, to get open-close control smoothness, economy manufacture cost.
