摘 要:针对航空大功率无刷直流电动机(BLDCM),结合航空供电的特点,分别研究了BLDCM在电动运行时和能耗刹车时相电流的流动路径,指出了常规电流闭环控制方法的不足,并针对电动运行,提出了一种相电流闭环控制的方法,该方法以三相电流为目标,通过PI调节器和PWM控制,能达到有效控制相电流的目的。针对能耗刹车,提出了基于相电流的电流截止负反馈的电流抑制方法。最后,在Matlab环境下,仿真了相关波形。结果验证了分析的正确性,以及所提出的相电流控制方法的有效性。 关键词:BLDCM;相电流;闭环;仿真
Abstract: Aiming at high power BLDCM on aviation, combining with the characteristics of air power supply, the current paths of electric operation and dynamic braking of BLDCM were studied. The deficiency of conventional current closed-loop control was revealed. On the base of analysis a new current closed-loop control method based on phase current for electric operation was proposed, input phase current to PI controller which generates PWM signal to reduce its ripple. And phase current restraining method based on negative feedback for dynamic braking were proposed. Finally, The simulation results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis, as well as the effectiveness of the phase current detection and control methods the proposed.
