摘 要:为克服传统电机测试系统测试耗时长,过程繁琐,精度低等缺陷,针对汽车电动助力转向系统(EPS)用感应电机的特殊性能,该文介绍了一种以PC机为主控单元,采用PCI-6052E数据采集卡,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台设计的专门针对EPS用感应电机的测试系统,详细介绍了测试系统硬件平台和软件设计,实验证明该测试系统完全可行。系统硬件结构简单,拥有较高的可靠性和测量精度,为EPS用助力电机的测试系统设计提供了重要依据。 关键词:虚拟仪器;感应电机;EPS;测试
Abstract: Put forward a kind of test system based on virtual instrument to solve the problem that the traditional motor test system has the limitation of long time-consuming, tedious process and low precision and induction motor has the special performance in electric power steering system (short for EPS). The test system is developed using PC as main control unit based on PCI6052E board, LabVIEW as the soft developing platform. This paper introduced the hardware platform and software design in detail. The experiment shows that the test system is feasible. The test system has simple structure, high reliability and measuring precision.
